Xinyi (Nino) Li

Xinyi (Nino) Li is an Associate at Amis, Patel & Brewer, LLP. Her practice primarily focuses on project development, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions within the independent and renewable power industries. Nino joined Amis, Patel & Brewer from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where she was part of the commercial real estate transactions group.

She received her JD from George Washington University Law School. While at GW Law, she participated in the Duberstein Moot Court Competition in New York. During law school, Nino served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Elizabeth L. Gunn at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia, and for the Honorable Gerald I. Fisher at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Additionally, she held a fellowship with the Maryland Attorney General's Office and gained valuable pre-law school experience at King & Wood Mallesons and KPMG in the restructuring and financial sectors.
