Melissa Boudreau
Melissa Boudreau is a Partner of Amis, Patel & Brewer, LLP. She has represented developers, investors, contractors and other market participants in various project financings, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures involving renewable energy facilities and sustainability projects throughout the United States. Her practice involves all phases of project development and finance, including corporate structuring, drafting and negotiation of project documents, and management of complex acquisition, development, financing and sale transactions.
Melissa joined Amis, Patel & Brewer, LLP from Norton Rose Fulbright, where her practice focused primarily on representing multilateral development banks, export-credit agencies and other financial institutions in connection with structured, project and corporate financings and equity investments in emerging markets. Through the representations of lenders, she worked closely with developers, contractors and governments to facilitate project development in the energy, transportation and infrastructure sectors.
While in law school, Melissa served as Managing Editor of the Duke Law Journal. She has been selected as a Washington D.C. “Rising Star” by Thomson Reuters since 2017.
