Amis, Patel & Brewer congratulates EDF Renewables and Shell on the formation of their joint venture, Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind, LLC. The venture will work to develop roughly 2,500 megawatts of offshore wind energy on a 183,353-acre tract off the coast of Atlantic City, New Jersey. The wind farm is projected to begin operation in the mid-2020s.
