Charles Baker is an Associate at Amis, Patel & Brewer, LLP.  His practice focuses primarily on project development, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions in the independent power and renewable power industries.

Charles joined Amis, Patel & Brewer from an international law firm, where he was a member of the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure Group.  His practice focused on the representation of public utilities in both a transactional and regulatory context and tax equity investors in connection with project financings.

While in law school, Charles served as Managing Editor of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal.
