Annaliese Oliveira is an Associate with Amis, Patel & Brewer, LLP. Her practice primarily focuses on project development, project finance and mergers and acquisitions within the renewable energy and sustainability sectors.

Annaliese joined Amis, Patel & Brewer from Sidley Austin LLP where she represented sponsors, investors and lenders in connection with financing and equity transactions at all stages of a project lifecycle. She received her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law. While at UVA Law, she served as a Senior Editorial Board Member of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law and studied abroad in Tokyo at the Waseda Graduate School of Law. Prior to law school, Annaliese earned her BA in International Relations and Global Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
