Abigail Castaldi is an Associate of Amis, Patel & Brewer, LLP.  Her practice focuses primarily on project development, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions in the independent power and renewable power industries.

Abigail joined Amis, Patel & Brewer from Schulte Roth & Zabel, LLP where she was a member of the M&A and Securities Group.  She received her JD from Wake Forest University School of Law where she was editor of the Wake Forest Law Review and a research assistant conducting research for the Restatement Third of Torts. She received her BA in mathematics from Wake Forest University.
