Kathryn Seen is an associate at APB. Her practice focuses primarily on tax issues related to renewable energy and sustainability projects. Kathryn joined APB from Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she was part of the tax group. From 2021-2023, she clerked for Judge Kathleen Kerrigan of the U.S. Tax Court.

Kathryn received her JD and LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. While at BU Law, she served as the Managing Editor of the Boston University International Law Journal. Prior to law school, Kathryn earned her BA in Hispanic Linguistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
