Olivia Daley is an Associate with Amis, Patel & Brewer, LLP. Her practice primarily focuses on project development, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions within the clean energy and sustainability industries.

Olivia joined Amis, Patel & Brewer from Morrison & Foerster LLP, a global law firm, where she was part of the Capital Markets group. She received her JD from Georgetown University Law Center. While at Georgetown Law, she served as Vice President of the Corporate and Financial Law Organization and completed internships with the U.S. Department of State’s Commercial Law Development Program, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Office of General Counsel at the American Red Cross. Prior to law school, Olivia earned her BS in Science, Technology and International Affairs from Georgetown University.
